Week 2
My Current Interest
Something that I am very interested in, and love to do is my job. I am a nanny for three boys. Dean who is 3, Sammy is 5 and Louie is 7 Years old. This is my third year as their nanny and I enjoy every minute that I get to spend with them. During the school year I don’t get to see them as much because I am in school and so are they. But once the summer comes I see them on a daily basis.
On a typical day with them, I go to their house at 8 in the morning so I am there when they wake up. The day consists of me making them breakfast and then thinking of something to do to keep them occupied for the day, rather than just letting them sit around and watch TV. Usually I will take them to places like the crayola factory or the zoo when it is warm out. Then I take them home and we play games or I get challenged to a game of their favorite wii game. A normal day with them is from about 8 in the morning to 6 at night. We have a lot of fun together and I really enjoy the time that I spend with them.

Week 1
My name is Brittany Griffith, i am 20 years old and i am a fashion marketing major. This year is my first year at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, I am a transfer student from Bridgewater College in VA. I went to Bridgewater College for 2 years and then decided i wanted to get more into my major, and knew that the city was the place i wanted to be. I was also a fashion major there as well, but i transferred to get more into what i want to be doing in the future. There are so many different career options in fashion, but what I am hoping to do is be in fashion show production. I would love to be hands on with getting fashion shows ready to go and also be able to work hand in hand with a designer.
Ever since i was little I have always wanted to get some sort of career in fashion. I always loved clothes and accessories and was dressing myself as far back as i can remember. My senior year in high school i worked in New York city with wedding dress designer Amsale. I got a feel for the field and got to see what goes on behind the scenes. I also got to go to one of her fashion shows, which is where i fell in love with the lights and excitement that goes into be a fashion show producer. So here i am and i am really excited to get started with pursuing my career.
